Well yesterday we met with the nice guy from Bents and handed our allotment pack with our agreement and taken over to the plot - we got plot number 26 and offered the option to take another plot at the end of ours - have to think about the extra plot - lots of space see how we go.
we can start planting soon, have already been planting up seed trays ready to put into the greenhouse. we have gone through our seeds and deciding what to plant first.
Got to double dig all over first which will be good exercise, can see a few bad backs and plenty of soaks in the bath over the coming weeks. Got a couple of weeks off work soon so we will be down there every day come rain or shine. Cannot wait to get started - will be putting pictures up soon so we can see our progress.
I must admit it is a little daunting, it is a lot bigger in reality than on paper.
