Chorizo, Leek & Onion Quiche

I love home made quiche an this is one of my own recipe's which I have just made for our tea.

		Ingredients: Short crust pastry  220gm self raisin flour 100gm Butter half teaspoon salt 4 tablespoons water Filling 1 Leek 1 red onion 3 large eggs 50 gm red Leicester 50 gm mozzarella 3 tablespoons double cream 2 tablespoons tomato sauce 7 pieces of chorizo Method make pastry & blind bake 20 mins fry onions & leeks until coloured mix cheese, eggs, onion & leeks together with the cream cover base of pastry with tomato sauce and place chorizo over bottom  pour over mixture bake in oven @ 160c for about 20/25 mins EAT & ENJOY

Sewing Machine Broken boo hoo ...

Disaster has struck, my sewing machine has broken ... well gone a but wonky.  Time for a service I think, sewing backwards when every it likes and messing up my fabric.

Oh well this lovely dress I had almost finished will have to wait a while to be completed.

I just Love Scottie Dogs

Had a lovely creative morning with some beautiful sage linen and more little Scottie dogs.  I have cut out and prepared 4 envelope cushion covers in total and completed one cushion cover today.
